The Decatur Police Department needs your help in solving this week’s crime of the week.
On July 26th at approximately 1:10 P.M., Decatur Police responded to the intersection of E Condit / N Illinois in reference to a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and observed numerous shell casings near this intersection. A short time later a gunshot victim arrived at St. Mary’s hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. This victim was uncooperative with police.
The investigation revealed a Blue colored Ford Escape occupied by the victim and another unknown b/m were shot at by the occupants of a white colored car.

The Decatur Police Department needs your help in solving this week’s crime of the week.
Between June and early August there have been numerous Residential and Attempted Residential Burglaries in the 600 blocks of S. Monroe, Seigel, Crea and the 1000 block of W. Howard. Suspect(s) have stolen flat-screen televisions, computers, game consoles and other electronic devices. At this time there are no suspect(s).

News Release 8/2/12
The Decatur Police Department needs your help in locating Jermine Terrell Hubbert. He is a black male with a date of birth 10/22/86. His is 509 inches tall, weighing around 170 pounds.
On February 6, 2012 at 1:30 AM, Decatur Police Officers responded to The Night Owl Nightclub in reference to a shooting. The outcome of this incident was the shooting death of Tobias Jarrett. Further investigation into this incident, revealed that Jermine Hubbert was the person responsible for the shooting death of Tobias Jarrett. Jermine currently has an arrest warrant out of Macon County for first degree murder.

News Release 7/31/12
The Macon County Sheriff’s Department needs your help in solving this week’s crime of the week.
Between 8:00PM on July 28th and 8:00AM on July 29th, unknown subject(s) spray painted several items in Forsyth Park including a fence which is the property of Menards. There was approximately $2,000 in damage excluding labor to clean up the spray paint. There are no suspects at this time.
